At Dimensions, we don’t just teach steps we develop strong, well-rounded individuals who shine in the studio and beyond.

Meet The Team

Tania Long

Founder & Director

Tania Long is the founder and director of Dimensions Dance Center, a native of Baltimore, MD, and a passionate educator who has been dancing since the age of 3. She began her formal training at age 11 with Towson’s Children’s Dance Division and later joined Namyanka Performing Arts, where she danced for the Lord and eventually became captain, serving for eight years.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dance from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where she performed with the resident company, Baltimore Dance Project, under the direction of Carol Hess and Doug Hamby. Her training also includes Ballet Creole’s Summer Intensive in Canada, and performances with Shange Dance Productions at the Kennedy Center.

In 2009, she founded Divine Dance Expressions at Furley Recreation Center, growing the program from nine to thirty-six students before launching Dimensions Dance Center in 2016. Tania later earned her MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from North Central University, combining her passion for dance with a heart for leadership.

Through every class she teaches and every dancer she mentors, Tania's mission is clear: to empower and transform lives through the art of dance. When she’s not in the studio, she’s enjoying life with her husband and their two beautiful children.

Ms.Anne

Enrollment Coordinator

Ms. Anne was born in Bel Air, Maryland. She started dancing at age 4 and danced at the Maryland School of Ballet and Modern Dance for about 12 years. Ms. Anne performed in about 18 shows along with 2 nights of performing at a fundraiser for the Center for the Arts. She was even a featured dancer on the studios website. She then got into the marching band and dance at C. Milton Wright High School. Ms. Anne will be attending Towson University in the fall to major in Forensic Chemistry and continue dancing in their dance programs in the near future. Ms. Anne has been teaching at Dimensions Dance Center since September 2019 and in her own words, "I wouldn't change that for the world. When I am not dancing I am either taking pictures, baking, or playing with my puppy.

Ms. Jordan

Teacher

Our dance instructor brings a passion for movement and a heart for teaching. With a strong background in technique and a love for working with young dancers, she helps students grow in both confidence and creativity. Her classes are filled with encouragement, structure, and joyful expression making every dancer feel seen and supported.

Studio Admin

Our administrative team member is the warm welcome behind the desk and the steady support behind the scenes. She helps ensure classes run smoothly, families stay informed, and every question is answered with care. Her attention to detail and love for the studio make her an essential part of the Dimensions Dance Center family.
